The Kruger Parks New Conference Centre

The Kruger National Park (KNP) has officially opened a new R5.2m conference facility at the Mopani rest camp.This conference centre is made up of a main conference hall, three break-away rooms and a dining area that is overlooking the Pioneer Dam. The Conference Centre can hold up to 300 people.

This conference facility took nine months to complete and is located 74km from the Phalaborwa Gate.KNP's spokesperson Raymond Travers said "the building of the new conference centre hadn't impacted on the environment as the facility was built by converting an existing camp shop and storeroom".
